RETURNS & REFUNDS

Did not like the clothes you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of clothing but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. Below are the 3 steps for returning your purchases.

  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at care.labelroots@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows. We will not entertain any return request after 48 hours from the time you received your order. 
  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging and tags intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition by keeping it safely back into the box. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product(s) will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.

If you wish for us to provide reverse shipment, inform us via email at care.labelroots@gmail.com within 24 hours from the day we approve your return request and we shall arrange for the pickup. The cost of shipping the product(s) back to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.

The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging including the product tags. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as Label Roots holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. 

  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy and the refund will be initiated to your original payment mode.

Cancellation of your order:

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse.
  • For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC) or refund in your original payment mode (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges).

Replacement of Products:

  • Ordered a wrong size? No Worries. We understand sometimes you may want to exchange a certain piece of clothing. Hence, we offer a simple replacement policy.
  • Kindly share the name, image and size of the product(s) you would like to replace and the details of the size you require via email at care.labelroots@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your order. We will not entertain any request for replacement after 48 hours from the time you received your order. 
  • We will then approve your replacement request based on our stocks and explain you the next steps.
  • Total of ₹250 shall be charged for shipping the replacement and reverse shipment of the original product(s) which shall be borne by the customer.
  • The replacement shall be shipped only after online payment of additional shipping charges.

Damaged Products: 

  • Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks.
  • Kindly email us at care.labelroots@gmail.com to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order. 

Missed Delivery: 

  • Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional Rs. 125. 
  • Kindly email us at care.labelroots@gmail.com to request re-shipment. 
  • All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the order is made online along with the additional shipping charges. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

  • For Prepaid orders, refund will be issued to your original payment mode (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges). However, if you choose to receive a Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC) for future purchases against your order, no deduction will be made for PG charges. 
  • For COD orders, the refund will be initiated in the form of Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC) for future purchases (after deduction of Cash Handling charges).  

Applicable Deductions

  • Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
  • For all orders ₹125/- shall be deducted for shipping as we bear the shipping charges when the package is shipped to the customer.
  • For returns, where the reverse shipment is provided by us, additional ₹125 shall be deducted for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
  • Orders where a customer returns 1 product out of 2 or multiple products, no amount is deducted for shipping while giving refunds as we assume such an order as a partially successful order.
  • Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
  • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
  • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing the refund. 

Eligibility

  • All products sold under our website are eligible for return given they meet the return eligibility criteria. 
  • Damaged / used products sent without original packaging and original tags are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
  • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
  • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

Refund Time

  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the order(s).
