We ship all over India - COD Available

1. How Long will my order take for delivery?

Each and every confirmed order is shipped within 24-48 hours’ time from our warehouse. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day, after confirmation.

The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for it to be delivered to you, depending on your location.

For personalized orders, you can expect your order within 15-20 days from your order date. We will keep you updated for the same on your email id which was used to make the purchase. 

2. How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is Shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

3. At what time of the day will my order be delivered?

Once your package is Out for Delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep you phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

4. What will happen if I miss my order / package delivery?

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. 

5. Which Logistics / Courier service do you ship through?

We have tied up with various reputed logistics providers like Delhivery Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, etc. for shipping within India.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide, which gives us immense pleasure to serve clothing lovers everywhere!

1. How Long will my order take for delivery?

We ship all our orders with utmost urgency and international orders are our top priority. After packing them carefully and making sure that it is safe to travel such a long journey, we dispatch the shipment within 24 to 48 hours.

The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day.

All international orders generally get delivered within 7 to 20 days from the dispatch date.

In some rare cases if there are any delays, please bring them to our notice by emailing at care.labelroots@gmail.com and we will help you.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you shall receive an active tracking link in your email and also on your order page where you can always live track your package.

Allow some time for package status to change once it departs from India. (Usually departs in 2 days and next update is received in about 10 days)

3. What are the shipping charges for my country?

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out.

Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and we charge on actuals as charged by the respective service provider which in our case is DHL / Fedex.

4. Who pays for the customs/import duty for my parcel?

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties.

As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are in.

Please ensure payment of all such charges to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department and/or later may not be retrievable at all.

5. What are the payment options and charges?

We only accept Prepaid orders from our international customers. You can choose from our wide range of payment options to pay online.

You can pay with our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking and Bank Transfers that are supported on our website. You may also use PayPal. We are SSL Certified and online transactions are totally safe on our website.

6. What should I do in case I do not receive my parcel in the said time?

Email us at care.labelroots@gmail.com and we shall help you.

Also, you can always check with your Local Post Department / Office if tracking of the shipment shows that it has reached your nearby location / destination city. 

 

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

We offer all payment options as listed here: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and COD. In case you need any help with any of the payment options, please do contact us on WhatsApp.

1. What are your online modes of payment?

You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.

International Customers can also pay via PayPal.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash Handling Charge of 50.

Unfortunately, COD is not available for International Orders.

3. What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at care.labelroots@gmail.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.

We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).

4. Are there any other hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Did not like the clothes you shopped from us? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of clothing but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

We value your money and we will not like you to spend your money in buying a product which you will never use. We offer a very simple and easy return policy to you and refund your money back to your original payment mode.

1. Is my product covered under return policy?

All Products bought from our website are covered under our Return Policy and are returnable.

You just need to email us within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

2. How to return the products?

We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on care.labelroots@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return.

Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.

3. What should I do after sending you the email?

Please wait for a reply from our team within 48 hours after sending your email. We will share the further steps with you on the email itself.

4. In case of return, who will do the shipping of the products?

In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original and proper condition.

Only in special/specific cases as requested, a pickup is arranged for the products with an additional upfront charge of Rs 125/-. This cost depends on many factors and will be confirmed on email of your return request.

5. How will I get my refund?

For prepaid orders, we give refunds back to your original payment mode.

For COD orders, refund is provided in the form of Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC), which can be redeemed on the website for future purchases. The refund amount depends upon the value of your product returned.

6. Will any amount be deducted for refund?

For prepaid orders, where refund is initiated to your original payment source, 5% of the transaction value will be deducted as payment gateway charges. However, if you choose to receive a Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC), no deduction will be made for PG charges.

For COD orders, the cash handling charges will be deducted while initiating refunds as a Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC).

For all orders, we deduct ₹125/- for shipping as we bear the shipping charges when the package is shipped.

Orders where a customer returns 1 product out of 2 or multiple products, no amount is deducted for shipping while giving refunds as we assume such an order as a partially successful order. 

7. When will I get my refund?

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in their proper condition along with the original tags intact.

You will be receiving your refund or RCC within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned products at our warehouse or the confirmation of cancellation of the order(s).

8. How can I exchange 1 or multiple products from my order?

We consider all exchanges as returns itself and hence the same policy applies. You have to follow the same process for exchanges as well.

9. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full if you choose to receive a Refund-Coupon-Code (RCC) against your order.

In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges. For e.g. If you paid ₹1000 for your purchase, and you want a refund before shipping takes place, you will be given: 5% of 1000 = 50 i.e., ₹1000 – 50 = ₹950

10. Why I have to pay shipping, when I am using a coupon code?

We do free shipping for orders with a minimum order value of ₹1000/- When a coupon code is applied, and if the value of the product goes below ₹1000, the product automatically becomes ineligible for free shipping, hence you have to pay for the shipping in such cases.

The other alternative is to increase your cart value to above ₹1000 even though the code is applied and then you can again avail free shipping.

1. How is the quality of your products?

We take a lot of pride in saying that we design our own products and manufacture them ourselves, hence we are able to give the best quality possible at the most affordable prices. All our products go through ‘3-Level-Quality-Check’ before they are carefully packed for delivery to our customers.

2. What is the guarantee / warranty on your products?

These are high quality garments. The stitching will not come lose and the color will not fade in regular use.

As these are fashion clothes, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the clothing for a very long time if basic care is taken. Please refer to our Product Care guide to know more about how to care for your garment and make them last longer.

3 .Why does your clothing feel expensive?

Our products are not expensive, actually there are many "Qualities" in our products that are mentioned below which make them feel expensive:

4. Do you have a physical shop?

We are an online store only and sell only through our website www.labelroots.com. We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.

5. Will I get the exact same product as shown on the website?

Yes, we have a policy of "Get what you see". All our products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio to give you the best and right product images.
